• Agent-partner intel — notes from key partner calls (e.g. James, Carlos, Luis)

What does NOT live here

Engineering and architecture docs about the agent portal — auth design, MongoDB permissioning, compliance model, data models — live in Agent Platform. When a research finding here graduates into a canonical engineering decision, it moves there (or into an ADR).
